Shipping and Return Policy

Self Care by SC is completely committed to making safety and customer satisfaction our number-one priorities, which includes working through industry-wide shipping slowdowns. While our order processing times are back on track, our third party shipping partners continue to encounter select regional delays. If you experience shipping issues please understand we are working to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible!

NORMAL SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping costs are $5.99 per order. Orders will be shipped out in 7-10 business days

Please note shipments arriving to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to longer transit times (up to 60 days) due to the carrier or location of station. All US orders are shipped via USPS and your order will be delivered by your local postal carrier. 

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (via email) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
